Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your training, please email us at info@professional-circle.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled session. We will gladly reschedule your training at no additional cost. We require an email request to confirm your new date. After the first rescheduling, a $15 fee will apply for any further changes. For cancellations, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy: Once your registration is complete, a $25 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled course. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the course are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees. We will process refunds within 48 hours. If Professional Circle LLC cancels the course, we will not charge a cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund.

Tardy Policy: Arriving on time is crucial for life-saving training. We allow a 10-minute grace period to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule, and a rescheduling fee will apply. For details on rescheduling, please refer to our Reschedule Policy.

No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled course without notifying us (no-show/no-call), you will forfeit the course cost, and no refund will be issued. Please review your schedule and let us know if you can't attend.
